Small Group Personal Training Rates (1 Hour)

IMPORTANT SESSION INFORMATION PLEASE READ!!!!

Roaming Group- A Roam Group only applies to someone signed up for small group training but coming in as an individual or smaller group than agreed upon.  When a client does not show up as a part of a group, the session cost is one session (according to your current package price) =$10.00

If a group member(s) often misses sessions, then groups may be broken up at the trainers' discretion.

Travel Charge-  There is an additional 25% price increase for any sessions where I, the trainer, must travel to your location.

Sessions expire within three months after the date of purchase unless discussed with the trainer beforehand.   This contract binds you to the amount of sessions agreed upon at the time of signatures.  Extenuating circumstances, including changes in employment, health, and living conditions (moving 30 miles from the fitness/massage studio site). 

Sport Nutrition Consultation:

I provide personal Nutritional Consultations.  These consultations are suitable for anyone serious about improving your health or performance in some way.  You don't need to be an athlete.  I get just as much pleasure helping an overweight stressed businessman as I do an athlete.

Consultation: 60 minutes to discuss ideal nutrition strategies for performance or review current nutrition, NO DETAILED PLAN....$70.00
